They installed four windows quickly and with attention to detail. The Milgard Tuscany windows, inside and out, look great!!! Ralph and Erick cleaned up spotlessly. They're two great employees, I'm sure. After the installation, Ralph demonstrated to us how the windows function and directed my attention to a scratch inside one of the windows. First, I was shocked that an installer would voluntarily point out an imperfection. Moreover, Ralph explained the Milgard warrantee and said ( he ) will inform his office. WOW! Now that's service. "I wanted to give you a heads-up regarding Wednesday's service call. Two technicians showed up and were able to make the necessary adjustments on all doors in question. We are now able to open/close with ease. As far as the screened side panel door is concerned, apparently, from what I understood, the bowing was caused by the tightness of the screen in the mid portion of the door. One of the techs loosen up the screen but when putting it back he noticed a tiny tear and said he would have to replace it. He was going to fix it right them and there, but didn't have sufficient screen to finish the job and said he will come back in a couple of days. They reassured me Milgard offers a lifetime warranty on their doors, so they come out as many times as it's needed. Hopefully this won't be the case, but it's always nice to hear that a company stands by their products. You and Milgard can add us to your list of satisfied customers."
