I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the great job you did.  Even though we ran in to a few issues acquiring our replacement windows and sliding doors (i.e. window ordered without internal grids) and as wediscovered when the correct window was replaced that the original windowdid not have the titanium coating, Andy's staff was courteous, friendly andeager to please.  Even though I may have been part of the problem due tomisunderstanding, Andy's staff did not question it, they responded to whatmy wife and I wanted and took corrective steps to insure it was completedto our satisfaction.   Although I do not have a lot more windows toreplace, I have no question on who I will use when that time comes.  Thanks for the great job.
